Ingredient--------
flour                        990g
sugar                          9T
baking powder                  6T
salt                       2 1/4t = 9/4t
milk                       4 1/2C = 9/2C
olive oil                  1 1/8C = 9/8C
eggs                           5
onion,chopped                510g
cheddar cheese,shredded      900g
parsley                        3T
                                                                               
Procedure---------
1.Heat oven to 218`C. Grease each baking pan.
2.Use 1T oil to saute onion,drained.
3.In medium bowl, combine milk,egg and oil first,then add flour, sugar,BP
  and salt.
4.Add parsley, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 cheese, make a dough.
5.Pour 1/3 dough into prepared pan, top with rest onion and cheese.
6.Bake about 25 mins or until tooth-pick inserted in center comes out clean.
